DARRYL's LICENSE PLATE RESTORATION Opinion...

I rarely post here. I couldn't help but read this post without expressing my aggravation with Darryl's Plate Restoration. Right out the gate sounded great quick chat on the phone. Send plate with payment will call when they received the plate (1) will be like 3 months he was very busy. Excellent, this is when the game begins 3 months no call, I give an extra 3 months no call yet. I finally call busy lines finally get through it's an older lady put on hold for 20 minutes. Darryl is in the paint booth painting my plate right now great news 2 weeks in my hands. Wrong 3 more months, 3 more months. I call painted plate wrong color have to redo call in 2 weeks. I call again in a month again benefit of the doubt. Something about have to find plate now lost it, great 1 plate, he all ready got paid which is how he runs this business. Enough, I call PA Attorney General young lady said Oh Darryl yes we know of him. Wonderful took info took story said couple of days. I receive a phone call said waiting for a plate? Yes, dead silent then I hear Darryl your plate is being shipped. Couple days I receive a package from Darryl? My plate wrapped and it's better than showroom but, left me a love note explaining quality work takes time and that I refused the express service he offers? Really? Never again not worth aggravation.
