Dave, I got your Pm. I'll make sure my spare distributor is good in the AM. I am 20 miles south of Stafford Speedway if that helps?

For those who are keeping track I looked around the back room and i found a T-chain so i decided to throw it in and see if Jake would run, I also put a mallory DP in as it needed a Dizzy. I just need wires now. It runs a 100% better. The motor has low compression and it needs a fresheining so over the winter jake will get the treatment I just hope it wont hurt the value or overall nostalagia of the car. Thanks To F&J for the stock dizzy incase the Mallory didnt show. And thanks to Randy @ Bianci corp for getting me the Mallory DP. I am psyched jake is running and i may beable to hit the gathering this weekend if i dont race @ Thompson speedway. Going to take jake for a little rid tonight and shake it down :D

  7. I have just now run across this thread, and I must say your coupe is among the nicest survivors I've seen come to light. I'm glad you chose to keep it virtually intact. Congratulations on a great find. It's definitely a keeper!!!! :):):)

I dont think i will make the Gathering which I am not happy about but i have a commitment (That i didnt think was going to happen) But now is looking like it will.. But the plan is to try and make your party cause i want to drive the coupe to the track and head over to your party after its all up in the air now though and this is what i am doing this weekend in hopes to sell it and be done with it not enough help or money to keep at it.

So I been snooping and found that my 32 was originally the green by ford or possibly it was the 2nd repaint as it seems it may have some metalic in it but i really think it was originall Apple green, After that the car was painted Blue semi dark but not to dark, Then the car was scuffed and primed poorly and painted the color it is now. I have found that the doors, decklid, and windshield frame are all original as all these colors are visible. I am throwing this out there incase someone may reconize this and I can find out even more history than i have now. It`s 28 degrees here today and a inch of snow fell lastnight but did not stick to road People really looked at me weird when i went to the bank around noon :) Gotta enjoy Jake as much as I can cause soon I`m gonna have to put him away.. Maybe i should move to california I wont have that problem :)

I think the car looks tougher without caps. Just run the trim rings and some of those large roundy-round lug nuts. My $.02

    Thanks evel!

So this is what i am working on now a roll up rear window. I just picked these parts up the other day, need a few pieces and figure out how it all goes together. The package shelf was there and idk if this particular car had the roll up rear window but it had some of the pieces i think that where for it. I need pics of the complete kit if anyone has them, i searched and cant find any even in a bunch of catolouges I also am working on the windshield swing arms to finally mount them.
