David Nelson died

    David Nelson died today, 74 years old. Son of Ozzie and Harriet. Cool guy, had a really, really nice ’40 Merc coupe years ago. Also there was a ’32 roadster too.

    Got to see the roadster at the Henry Ford for cars, stars, and guitars last year. What a beautiful car.

    Grew up watching his family's show. Love that channeled roadster.

    I grew up with their show as well. It's a sad day when people we knew or enjoyed from our childhoods leave us.

    Wish the reruns were still on. The roadster is part of the Three Dogs Garage collection.

    I sure would have thought he would have been older than 74. Only 8 years older than me.

    Bummer...someone posted an old episode awhile back that had some hotrods in it. RIP.

    Three in a Roadster..That musta been tight...Never did go through the water..What did Ozzie do for a living on the show?
     
  15. Like many others on here, the Ozzie & Harriet Show was part of my childhood. Sad day, indeed. At least their all together again. RIP David...

    Very sorry to here that.I'm another one who grew up watching Ozzie & Harriet.None of today's shows can even come close. R.I.P
