Anyone here have any experience with Davviki ltd? I bought a rolling 28 tudor sedan on one of these setups from a third party and seem to have nothing but trouble trying to get info on their product (build sheet, certificate of origin, what brakes the frame is set up for etc.....I called them and they tell me I am not a customer and they ask me to call back sometime in December as they (she is) too busy to asnwer my questions. I dont think she knows how to answer them actually.....I guess I should have gotten all of this from the third party but thought that anyone worth a piss would have some care about someone running their product???? Absolute terrible interpersonal skills this women has. I can understand I truly did not buy it from them but I do in fact have their product and need a few questions answered. Thanks for letting me vent!! Now I'll go to the intro page and tell a little about myself!

    Cheers:cool:

UPDATE! Gave them another chance to prove themselves and came up with the same thing, WOW I think someone pissed in the cherios this AM.... or every AM I have talked with her.....I was trying to fit the "precision" disc brake brackets they sent to the rear end housing and just wanted some assistance as to how to approach the issue, I think they spent some time and really do have a method to their madness. They send you bare metal brackets that one needs to grind off the welds and powder coating off the rear end housing to re weld and paint the brackets on after putting them on? On top of that they dont fit? I can and will do the work to make them fit but wasn't sure what calipers they where made to accept....Am I out of line asking for assistance as a third party and not being the original purchaser of the frame? I do see after a search that some have negative things to say on here about Davviki (or Heritage )but gosh, people are just people right? All I want to do is build a hot rod, can't they have some compasion for a newbie as I have not built a Model A before? Guess not.

My question is that, you powder coated the axle housing before fitting up everything that hooks up to it?

All I can say is that if you have their serial number stamped in the frame call or email and use that number as a reference and tell them (hopefully someone else) that you bought their chassis from someone else.

Are you sure that those are their brackets and not brackets the p/o bought to convert a drum brake setup to disk? Guys often buy something like that and start making changes as soon as they get it.

I did call them and actually spoke to David, He seams real nice and was willing to talk a little, he instructed me to e-mail them and he said they would send me a "build sheet" ( this was 2 month ago)I guess a diagram or spec sheet of sorts but when I call back all I get is Vicki and she seems less than helpfull. I was hoping that this sheet would say what spindles are on the car etc and the other info I was looking for as posted above as I am a newbie when it comes to this kind of build. The disc brake brackets where built by him for this chassis. He was on the right track as this made it possible to just buy S-10 calipers for $30 bucks and not have to go buy the $400 dollar aftermarket disc brake kits. I am unsure why they didn't weld these on prior to powder coating but this is what I have. Again, I am sure they know their stuff, I just want some assistance from them and they (or she) don't seem to even want to give me the time of day. One problem I have on the front brackets is when I mount the bracket to the spindles the caliper wont fit because the tie rod is in the way, I have to mount them on the front side of the rotor which I dont really like. Thinking of buying another set of brackets and see if I have better luck...
