  6. If any of your hot rods get a little sick at the track and you need to leave it behind, I have enough room to securely store it. Hopefully no one will need it...but just in case you do, just look for me at the track.

It's upposed to have an 80% chance of rain here in OKC, that's what was worrying me. We are about 5 hours North.

or are the Kontinentals planning to make one?

  18. 165 blue tarps to cover the 1320, and thats not counting the burnout box, staging lanes, ar shutdown. Plus it's only 8' wide... lol

Hey RootHawg!, You will be OK up until the Raceway. After that its gonna **** until you get through CowTown. I figure your comin down 35. 5:30 on Friday is not a good time anywhere trafficwise. Make sure you have a cold RC and a moonpie to p*** the time and dream about burnin up that quarter mile!

Instead of racing for pink slips, Outlaw and Flatblack should race for birth certificates and the loser has to change his name...

I'll be there. There is a group from Houston leaving from 290 and 2920 at the LUV's Truck Stop. We will be leaving from there at 7:00 Saturday morning driving to the track. Anyone leaving from the area is welcome to join the caravan. See yall at the track!

All looks pretty set for this weekend. Cool front just came thru, humidity and temp is dropping. The event shirts just arrived, got the stamping set for the timing plaques today and just got the 100 MPH Club patches in and they are pretty slick and gonna be a coveted item for those of you who can p*** the century mark in the 1/4. Talked to Merc Charlie today and his little T may be the car to beat....new cam, new posi r/e, and few other hop ups to make that thing even faster than it was before. I better get busy in the back yard if Ol' Gold's gonna earn a patch.
