...feel free to bitch me out if I don't do this right. I've been lurking for about a year, but had to join in so I could add to the post about Lincoln flatheads, a subject dear to my heart. Anyway, here goes. I am a 56 year old retired engineer from Ventura, Calif. and have been a hotrodder for 40 years. My current projects include a '23 T bucket with a V8-60 flathead, Kelsdy-Hayes wheels and a Halibrand quickchange; a '27 bucketub that will have the '50 Lincoln from under the work bench on an A frame and 9" rear. My daily driver is a '85 BMW 635 CSi (oh blasphemy). I'll post pics if I can figure out how, but computers are not my strong point.
Ah, shucks. Good to know that someone has a year or two on me. Now, tell me about the Lincoln. Welcome by the way. And don't be shy just jump in there. The PknBner
What's a flathead? And why is it under your bench? Oh BTW, the intro was adequate...and what's a BMW? R-
Welcome aboard, at least its a real BMW, 635's were pretty serious in touring car racing in these parts. Its the 318 and 520 crowd that upsets me, hell if you gotta haveone get a decent sized engine in the poor thing. Project sounds cool....
Welcome, my friend has a "Hot Rod Lincoln" Charlie Ryan, maybe you heard of him. Glad to have another old fart here.....OLDBEET
Welcome..sure good to see another OLD fart on here! Even gooder, you got 6 years on me!! When I saw your nickname,I had flashbacks to another time and another place......one WITHOUT salt,if you get my drift.
welcome show us pics of your stuff. Good to have you! Naked pics of wifes and daughters really get you points.

And BMW is an accronym for "Beats Me Walking"...! "Just answering a few questions from the youngens for you"! Welcome
WELCOME , from another old fart. In some neighborhoods BMW is an acronym for "Break My Windows" DADSEH
Welcome from the southwest........I like to see some pics...you can send them to just about any of us.. you can rest assured, they'd get posted....
Hey Drop welcome. Im working on a V8-60, (tin side), at the moment, its in the shop getting checked and pressure tested. We want to run at Bonneville next summer in a vintage midget.
