    You're a better man than I.

Were our places switched, it would been my wife posting this thread, to let everyone know why I was being arranged for murder.

I hate drunken assholes, but most especially when they're driving.

That's really the only hard core crime that happens around here. Meth labs and killer drunk drivers.

The law should have a testicle removal clause for cases where the drunk messes up vintage tin or hot women.

That all said, it looks fixable from here. Did it make it into the frame and/or floorpan area (rockers maybe)?

I heard a few weeks back on talk radio that the new law in China says that if you kill someone while drunk driving, you get the death sentence (eye for an eye) because it is MURDER, negligible or not. We should do the same thing. And for this unholy of atrocities.... the drunken jackass's car MUST be demolished in brutal ways. And since his car was probably a POS.....his next POS car must randomly be beaten to death without notice.....and so on and so forth for the rest of his natural life. My heart goes out to you my friend.

I can't even imagine how you must've felt when you first saw the damage. No shame in crying there!

I don't think I ever took a picture of the car "finished" again, but here she is in her almost-former glory.

I think when an uninsured motorist causes an accident the first thing that should happen is the keys, car and title of what's left of HIS car should be turned over to the victim as partial payment for the loss, also so, if it happens to still run, he can't do it again to someone else!

Please confirm you didn't beat the drunk to death! And if you did I may be available to help dispose of the corpse!

My heart truly goes out to you, keep the faith Brother! I know the feeling too, many of us do. I learned the way you have, I've upped my insurance to full coverage during the summer months, then back down to liability (State minimums in VA)during the winter months. Yeah, you could sue the guy, but, what does that really do? Be the bigger man, go into the third round with your old girl and everything will be fine. As for the beat downs and such, pretty foolish really. What if the drunk had a 9mm beside the seat?

One thing everyone here should keep in mind: Everyone gets what everyone deserves....one way or another. Some call it Karma. I'm Christian, so I let God judge, he is the only one after all.
