Man...EPIC catastrophe! You need to go back and set up one of those little crosses on the side of the road. I hope my inline flat 8 doesn't let go....where would I get another in Canada?
Flat head 8's are around you just have to hunt and not be in a rush. Glad to see that the roadster is alive and well. Rob.
Had the same thing happen to me back in '59. Sold the car right on top of the oil spill---thought I'd just go buy another one. Five '40 Fords ago, and not one coupe since then. Glad you recovered---don't think I have.
Sorry for your bad luck. I do like the picture of coolant leaking out of the hole in your oil pan though. It should be on one of those "demotivators" posters. Maybe with a caption like "****ed squared".
