Even for some admitted fake patina, you have to give the guy some credit. He had a pretty sweet looking hand made body done for that car. And even the fake patina is about as convincing as I have ever seen. Still, the patina part seems dumb to me. Polished and done properly, that could be one hell of a nice hand crafted car. As good as it is, the fake patina is the only part the I find disappointing, well besides the $800K asking price of course. I saw this the other day when it was listed as a real barn find and for $1M. I thought to myself who did this a-hole rip off to get this one. But, now that I know he actually had it hand made instead, I have more respect for it.
