True. The HAMB has many folks with a great deal of knowledge. But, particularly on State (or Commonwealth ) DMV it often pays to find an original source for accuracy.

 

I live in VA and our local DMV makes the regs up if they don't know them. More than once they have required above and beyond what the DMV regs require, just because.
