For rear led brake & turn should need
a 3 prong flasher , 3 connector is ground.
any Led turn .
I think I used a oem led flasher Gm was like $10 vs aftermaket $45 ish up.

Check the glide light to see if
mount/ housing is ground , or bubs have separate ground.
A Good Ground is as important as a good solid power .

On turns if all 4 are Led a 3 prong flasher needed .

I would disconnect wires ,
Use test leads One ground & One hot
Test poles @ screws , verify working then proceed to connections.
ohm meter to help test & diagnose
Could be bad crimp , paint

Check power to brake switch for brakes.
Power in & power out when brake pushed .

If single filament bub ,
flasher break's Power to make blink in relationship with turn signal switch
