There's a couple on the east coast listed from 8-11k that I'm guessing are in similar condition. Some have motors rebuilt. I think you might be able to pick one up for 2 grand less if some one is motivated to sell.
Always hard to say without pics but, I think the trend has these selling for very reasonable prices. There's always another one, don't spend too much.

Or is near broke like myself. I'd agree with 8k although I've seen some pretty nice ones in the 5-6k range.

If it was a coupe in that condition, I would say it will be an easy sell. However, being a sedan $5700 would not be far off the mark. Dont settle just because its affordable, save and wait for the right one based on what you really want to build.

I'm thinking that the market value on these is going to keep going down.

So if you buy it now (fall) and sell it in the spring when the fever gets to buyers, you might be good. And maybe get out of it what you got in it and still get 6 months of enjoyment out of it.

The longer you keep it the lower the value is gonna be. Our ecconomy is not gonna recover anytime soon.

What's the value (cost) to you of enjoying a stock Model A ??

    Looks like a decent car.

Those are 19" correct wheels on the car. 21" is 28/9

.....anyways, if the rest looks like that with a decent interior...I would be hooking up the trailer at 6k. I think I could get some profit at that price. It looks better than a 6k car.

Once you start to drive it around, you likely would get local offers on it, if it is real nice. Local people sometimes buy, by seeing something that they never even were looking for. It just clicks when they see it.

If you are buying to sell, then yes $5700 is too much. Fixing what goes wrong in the first 6 months you have it plus having your money tied up till it sells, (probably for about $6500) means you have to buy at wholesale to truely come out ahead. $4000 is a safe investment. Any more is a purchase with the risk factor rising right along with the price.

Are 32's in the 10k to 15k range in your area as well?
I think you guys are way light on that car, if it is a nice restored car as in ch***is, paint, interior, engine with showing little to light wear, how is that car not worth $10,000?

The coupe in the thread I just started, to hot rod, I paid 6K for. Not quite roadworthy but close, needs a few patch panels, cracked tires, complete but not nice interior and I could have sold it a handfull of times over for 8500 to 9000 within the first month it was sitting at my shop. Tudors aren't worth dirt compared to coupes either, I have one of those as well. Last summer I bought one for $4700 that had no interior or gl*** in it, but it ran and had a good body. The clutch was stuck so it wasn't driveable, I had it for sale at $6900 but traded it for a car worth $8000.

ALL OF THIS IS BASED ON MY AREA

In ending, how much is it?

Unfortunately the stock market is dead right now, and they arent worth much more than what it'd cost for a clean body and the other hot rod basic material

It's hard to guess without looking because there is very little difference between a concours car and an old 1/2 *** restore, but i'd say 8k is ballpark for a sedan
