Can the person that kept deleting my build threads delete my profile for me since I can't figure out how to do it myself and there is no reason for me to be on this website since my projects are not "rat rod" or old school" or "traditional" enough. Thanks and so long.

Just stop posting, no need to delete. You may be back some day if your tastes change.

Yep, just log out and never come back if you really want to leave the forum.

If you want deleted, you can ASK a mod or go off publicly on Ryan or a mod and that will pretty much do it :)

I'm curious...you've been on the Hamb for nearly six years and have posted a grand total of 30 times. I'm not sure you are getting much benefit from being here any way. It seems you should, your caddy would fit. Might have to be careful of the content of your threads. Maybe try again? tim

    What got deleted?

  7. Judging by the inclusion of "rat rod" in the original post, you have no idea what this forum is supposed to be about in the first place.

    4 different ways

1 : just go away quietly
2: just write to the moderator and ask nicely to delete your profile
3: start a thread about how you've been mistreated [ sort of like a suicide "cry for help"]
4: If you want to be a really nasty ***** and have fun at others expense [ really easy ] I won't write this here in plain view [ but it can be done ]

Well I don't get it. I saw your thread as referenced by cactus. You had some positive feed back from some members. Maybe you just don't understand how the HAMB system works. You are not alone in that area. Many of us struggle with the technology and methods of posting and searching.

If you are interested in staying with the forum I suggest you try to read up on the rules or try to PM a moderator for some help in understanding how things work. If you are really are fed up with the HAMB just stop posting as some have suggested.

  12. The HAMB isn't for everyone. everyone's welcome but just like in the playground at school some kids just don't fit in. (Still trying to work out if we're the one's that don't fit in or everyone else is.)

Decisions to delete a few of your Caddy intake and Caddy ch***is build threads were editorial, not personal.
No one is questioning your fabrication skills. It's just the intake is more modern day injection type as your ch***is is more modern day pro-street.
Your Caddy is more of a modern day custom than it is a Custom from the 30's to early 60's which is what the HAMB is all about.

You might get or build a different ride so hang around if you like or maybe not. It's up to you.
Again, the decision to delete your Caddy posts were editorial, not personal.

Hope this helps clear up any confusion.

    Thanks,
