Thanks, Denise!! Looks like I certainly missed a great time this year... but I think you ran into Jason, TJ, and Tim down there. I know they had a good time, too!

Yes we did and it was great seeing them. You, gary and the rest of our Omaha pals we sorely missed. All weekend long we kept saying it just wasn't the same. Kinda like how Salina won't be the same without Gary this year.

  6. Nice "money" shot:p

I grew up in San Diego. My mother learned to cook mexican food from the neighbor ladies. My nose and taste buds do not like the spices that are used. I like margaritas though :D

This wasn't my idea BUT I'm so glad we ate here. My pals know what I like.:D I've gotta say in my opinion this place had the best BBQ of anywhere in Texas that I've tried. HUGE portions...

and all the ice cream you can eat for deset! My kinda place!!:D
    [IMG]

We then headed to a few antique shops but it wasn't long before we realized lots were closed on Mondays. We did happen on a place though with lots of cool yard art
    [IMG]

This would be a GREAT idea for a headboard. I might try it for the guest room bed
    [IMG]

We then stopped at Ty AKA St.515's place. He's got a TON of projects going on both for customers and himself

  24. Don't feel bad denise I was going through sulphur springs doing 88 in a 65 and in the left lane not passing. To make things worse he didn't believe I had a legal lisence plate on my car. Or the fact that I had put that pomade sticker on my car cock grease keeps it stiff all day. I'm suprised there wasn't a cavity search either but I did have a couple of get outta jail free cards from new york and they actually worked all I got was the driving in the left lane no passing.
For 198.00 that's why texas has no taxes.
Oh thanks for the story you always give great story

I can't believe I didn't get a shot of you and your lovely daughter. It was great seeing ya both.

and I missed my roadster ride! I sure hope that never happens again. I'm counting on you being at the RoundUp from now on.

It was fun hanging out on the streets and chatting with you guys.

Thats what I kept telling Megan. :D

Good coverage, but I've never read a post that made me this hungry for bar-b-q.
    Gotta sign off and eat.
