Congrats on the press, it is well deserved. You have worked very hard on him for a long time. It is his (and your!) time to shine! (Literally!) See ya in a couple hours!
Now that Big Olds is all grown up i hope that Denise doesn't become so famous that she doesn't drop us a line! Congrats Denise the press is well deserved. Watching the writeups that you do the paper should consider hiring you as a reporter
I guess I've been living in a cave, but I didn't know that Big Olds was a Rodder's Digest project car.. interesting.
WOW! thats terrific, good for you, you have been working on PBO a long time, well deserved. I think the price of cookies just went up.
Congradulations denise!!!! Your making us car girls very proud. Have a great time at the show. Gasser Girl
see that? shes addicted! that convertable Olds is as good as in her garage! way to go lady, cant wait to see Big Olds at the Autorama. Ms.Celeb. Denise
Me either. Its all her fault I came over here to torment you guys. Now, I am trying to talk a fellow out of a stock (except for juice brakes) '35 Ford Tudor as a next project, do you see a pattern here? To our favorite roving ambassador... Way to go girl!
If this hobby should need a spokesperson, then Denise should be that. Of all the people I have met during my brief time in this hobby, she is the by far the most outgoing and sweetest I have ever met. She can make anybody comfortable. Plus, she knows her stuff. Her documentarys as I call them are over the top. So if you don't have the opportunity to take in the salt flats, just stay tuned for her coverage. Maybe you need some ideas for your project, wait for her latest event coverage. I really beleive that she deserves all the attention that this Autorama media coverage gives her. Denise, this is all for you. I'll stop by for a hug this weekend. Keep up the good work of promoting the hobby for everybody. Don
Settle down guys....no pushing or shoving.....HAMB guys get to move to the front of the line Seriously, it was a nice article he wrote, I'm happy with it. The only thing he didn't mention was Earl Schieb's name and business and FatLuckys' name and SASS BUT maybe the Detroit Free Press's article tomorrow or the Livonia Observers tomorrow will mention them or other pals names that I gave who have helped out over the years. In any event, I'm thrill! Let the show begin!....and I'll have plenty of sharpies with me.
