I'm going over to London in a week for about 2 months for a college project. . I didnt know if there were any schedules for some summer nostalgia car shows? It would be really great to meet some of you guys and check out some cool rides. any suggestions at all would be awesome!

    Hi Nick

You will be welcome in Copenhagen, but Spring is not the best time for car meetings, now I dont know how long you expect your stay must be, but May June and July is best time for car shows, otherwise we are some from THR (Traditional-Hotrods.dk)that have a Garage community about 20 miles from Copenhagen you are of course at any time welcome

I put a link to THR,sorry forum is only i Danish, but just write people are helpful and will write back in English

I'd vote for England cause i spent 7 years of my life there and know
they have some killer cars, but then again i dont really know much of Denmarks scene.......
.......other than its hard to register a hot rod!:D
Plenty of Rod e Customs all over europe anyway.

Hey Nick, you will be made very welcome in either England or Denmark. Come over to London & hang out with some Hot Rod guys, take in some shows then go to Copenhagen for a visit - the Danes are way cool & have some great shows & cars too! England to Denmark is a short Ferry/Road trip or Train/Road trip or take a plane! Either way, you'll have a great time over here. Choco George.

ah guys this is great! I was hoping Id get some good replies!

and thats what i was planning to do anyways, on weekends I can travel so even if i do go to denmark or london, i can go where ever else i wanna go. I heard that the euro train p*** is a good buy? and was considering that if i went.

The soonest I would be able to go is london this summer. however im not sure yet. Then if i went to denmark or london(not this summer) it would be late march-early may

it would be so awesome to hang out with the hot rodders of europe and trade off stories and concepts!

J.P.West- thanks for the link, looks really awesome im definitely gonna get involved with that forum if i end up going.

DW123-if i went to england i would be staying in london. I know this is very general but like i said i wont be coming for a while but We'll see!

thanks again for the response i cant wait to find out which one i can go to (if i can go)

and i might be PMing you guys in the future once i find out or just simply start up another thread!

If you go to Copenhagen, Denmark you would be wise to go over to Sweden too. I don´t think you can find more US steel anywhere else outside US of A. May to september are the best period with shows and meets every weekend. Enjoy Europe.

I think that London is cool, and sadly I never been in Denmark, but I think that from Denmark it would be way more easy to reach carshows around europe. Distances here are maybe shorter than in the states, and starting from a more central city will make any distance shorter, and you don't have to cross the sea everytime ;)

If you do get a few days to get out of London, then there is the POWER BIG MEET on July 8,9,10 in Sweden.
