:DDes.Just finished the thread.Great build. Was hoping that you would keep the flattie in the 50.However,the nail head WILL give you a bit more poke under the bonnet.Congrats on the award.May you recieve many more.Did`nt think that I would like the rear fender peaks,BUT they look great.Nice job.
    Good luck.Have fun.Be safe.

  4. Ha ha thanks mate, yeah the flatty is good but I want a bit mor go aswell. Customs that can rip a skid or put the boot into it on the highway and really rip off are cool. At least it's more of a period conversion that a brand new small block Chevy.

Anymore on this project? Wanted to see how the rear wheel tubs went back in and how everything came out, or did I miss that page? I am getting ready to try it for myself and there is a lot of great info in here. Please keep going...... And keep the pictures coming.

In another note..... Why the solid bar all the way across for the lower links on the rear end? Why not just have mounts off the inside of the frame? Asking because I don't know. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1389464199.711403.jpg

    So many projects..so little time
