hey're cheaper now than before the '08 recession. 330, 345 & 341 interchange

 

And if you had one of those big Desotos, you could get the factory 2x4 intake!

 

Here's a long shot.... ISO. .. 3x2 or 2x4 top for this Williamson desoto intake any lead please dm

You can't just hide a Hemi away! That's the whole point of having one. I'd pick up that 2x2 intake, put it on there and let that beautiful engine bask in the sunshine - but that's just me.

 

My thread came back from the dead! Interested parties take note; the engine still has the 2 bbl, the hood top hides the carb, and from the sides, it's kinda hard to tell what it is, or isn't. And, it still runs like a watch. I called it "DONE" a year ago...

 

Uhmmm, Yah, But, Brian,
since hotrods are never really done,
& guys always have to "keep fixin till it is broke",
& you wanted multi-carbs - or at least a bigger carb,
& since you're down to only 3-4 projects now,
& winter season is setting in,
why not fab up a log manifold using 1 log down the center w/8 runners & 2 carbs(1 over each set of 4 runners). Instead of the usual dbl-logs(1 for each head like the old U-Weld-It by Crower)? Could be done in Al & polished, steel & chromed, or just painted.
. Building your own speed equip is traditional... . You know deep-down you want to... .
