I finally brought the 5W home for the last time today. There's a decent sized punch list to do before it hits the road this Spring. The biggest of which is a leaky waterpump, and a noisy #3 hydraulic lifter. I also don't like th finish on the fan shroud, and will redo that to match the valve covers. It's got a great exhaust note, and overall I'm pretty freaking stoked. I'll keep you posted. Happy New Year to All.
Very, VERY nice! Stunning combination, and extremely clean! And yeah I'd be stoked as well Happy New Year to you as well, and enjoy the ride! Tony
Happy New Year to you Alex. Nice to finally get the Coupe back home. Looks great! Good way to start the new year. Baron
VOODOO likes. Really nice job on your 5 winder. Now bolt on the Snow Tires and giver' Hell. Spring is only 80 days away. VR&C.
I normally stick to nut and bolt type cars "true to the era" but I've gotta say this car is one of my new favorites!! It's just so damn nasty and I think the entire car is well thought out and cohesive. It also is just a damn cool 5w with a big old hemi in it and slathered in black paint which is always just a great combo. Congrats!!!
The wheels are from PS Engineering, and are powder coated in Antique Bronze, and them glass beaded at 20psi to tone them down.
