What were the advantages of each that made a new buyer choose one over the other? The only answer you will find in this thread is the 3w was easier to get into. That it?

 

They are both great but 5-w for me.

 

I'm still on my first 3window I've had for 35 years but working on my 3rd 5 window?

 

I once read this in a book:
5 windows were the less expensive standard. 3 window was the deluxe.
3 windows had arm rests and door pull straps.
3 window had standard cowl lights and no charge for body colors.
