Folks Of Interest Deuce Roadster passed away tonight

It is with a heavy heart that I let the Hamb family know we lost Randy Nash (Deuce Roadster) tonight.

He was my best friend and I'm devastated, there are many here that think highly of him, he was very Knowledgeable about everything Deuce related.

Please keep his wife, Ouidasue and his brother Kenneth (cabriolet fan) in your prayers along with all his friends.

I will update the arrangements when I know them. Danny

Very sad news. I enjoyed his friendship and posts here on the HAMB.
It's a hard pill to swallow thinking that we won't see his posts any more... Oh man, I am so sad. Love and hugs to his wife and family.

Deuce Roadster went in for heart valve surgery on Thursday. This was even more serious for him than most since he had 5 bypass surgery in 2001. Recently, he had suffered from kidney failure which required that he perform a dialysis procedure each evening that took approximately 8 hours.

In spite of all this, he tried to carry on life "as normal". He still went to shows and many of you know that he was at the Charlotte Autofair this spring just as he had been for many years.

I was at the hospital today and he was doing a little better, but tonight things took a turn for the worse. He lost his battle this evening and went home.

I"ve known him all my life, for he was my brother.

 

So sorry for his family's loss (and the Hamb's). He'll be missed. Sorry guys...
