I was wondering as I typed that if anyone on here would catch that...

Brick, I said the exact same thing when Pops told me he had a steel boydster II. You are 100% correct that Chip took the original yellow car apart and painted it black - creating the 0032. Boyd had a second steel one made by Marcel to use as a plug for the Boydster II mold. Pops bought that body, had Boyd put it together, and they painted it yellow just like the "original" B-II car.

So the yellow one Pops drives around is actually a steel one, and many people don't know it...funny story.

Why all the hostile remarks? There should be enough room in this sport for everyone to enjoy what they're doing, without all these foul comments. If you don't like Gil Losi's style, who are you to say it's wrong? Why can't we be civil, so we can all have some fun?

This car was designed by Chip Foose (not Brockmeyer), the steel body was built by Marcel & Sons, I built the frame, and the car was assembled by Coddington. (I don't work for Boyd).

If you don't like the TV show, can't you realize this is a scripted show, written for the entertainment of the masses? (Same target audience as the soaps!) Don't you know where the "off" button is?

    I'm outa' here!
