    Thank you Mean Gene for good info. I was reading this thread and thinking I should try to sell my bridge over the Hudson to some of these guys.

    I think those odd exhaust bolts were for fairlanes and smaller bodied cars,I have an old set of headers with that pattern.I don't think the bottom bolts on the vertical pattern are accessable. Dad said they came out of a fairlane.

    Service replacement blocks have those ribs. They are also prone to core shift. Check the flywheel for a counterweight. 428 and 410 engines used a counter weighted flywheel. The heads seem to be 360 390 or standard 428 heads as they were interchangeable.
