Did the Model A spring hanger on a V-8 axle deal

  1. This should be in the tech-o-matic.

  2. So has any of the original poster put some miles on this set-up?. I want to know the real world driving strength. I'm about to do this on a '28 Tudor and I'm fat :), everyone that's going to ride in the car is round. With a potential of 4 people how would just the upper half of a model A spring perch bolted to another banjo flange hold up?.

It looks like it will be ok, but just wanted some confirmation.

  3. I did the same thing Chris did with the model A hangers and I am running a Q.C , I modified my shackles for the torque tube angle,my perches are spot welded and bolted, no problems that I can see and i have done some dirt tracking with it in a field and romping on it around the Island. So normal driving should be fine.Pete.

  4. Sounds good.........anyone else?
