Technical Difference between 1961 Corvette & Regular chevy axles?

    Difference between 1961 Corvette & Regular chevy axles? Well thats the question ...any differences and if so what are they? Appreciate your help.

    I ***ume that you are talking about the axle shafts. According to Hollander it will work

    I have used p***enger car axles with no problems with the fit although I now have Moser hobby axles in mine and they hold up pretty good to the rigors of drag racing with a stockish engine/drivetrain combination. I forget the price on the Moser axles but they were reasonably priced and of course are new as opposed to 50 some year old original axles.

    You will need to be aware of the lengths, since they will vary based on year and application as noted in the Hollander tables. You can swap the 3rd members back and forth. Housings are of course different.
