Hot Rods Different air cleaner Cool? or Un-cool?

Just curious about other HAMBERs reaction to the air cleaner I made for my 32 Ford truck from an antique boat cover. I like it okay and it is much better than the little 5" chrome job that was on it before. It is open on the front, you just cant see it. I realize I am opening myself up for major criticism but I can take it. Plus all that really matters is if I like it. But thanks in advance for your opinion!

You score high for ingenuity and for re-use of ol'stuff. The fins on the side is a swell match for the valve covers!

It would be a great place to display a scale model of the car at shows, or a place to put business cards for people to take.

You may think twice about scrapping that old motor (that is if you did)

I never had the entire motor, just the cover that I bought at an estate auction for $10. But thanks anyways...
