Well today we are going to tackle the 2 school buses that my dads best friend told us to go thru. Should be LOTS of great finds. Yesterday we found 3 set of NEW running boards for 1957 Mercs, and 3 new set of running boards to Lord knows what in the back of an old plumbing van! It is a gold mine of old cars and truck stuff. Will post pics of any neat stuff we find today.

Well trucks in Canada were Mercurys but Texas is a long way away from the great white north.

Do you think there is a Henweigh in there too?

Wow never ceases to amaze me. I meant fender skirts, but I also had picked up 3 sets of running boards for another type of vehicle. Really could careless about all the smart *** comments. I was and still am excited about the find. Will post up pics as soon as they are done uploading. The bus is FULL front seats to the rear and as high as the bottom of the windows. Original ac/champion/husky and Southern spark plugs in the original boxes, tie rod ends, bearings, complete piston sets, gauge clusters, a Fenton dual carb intake in perfect condition, TONS of stuff. Will take about 3 or 4 days to go thru the first bus.
