I need the width dimension for front fenders on a 1928-29. Outside lip to opposite fender outside lip. I thought I saw it in a catalog some time ago but cannot find it now. Help!

Thanks for the measurement. I'm starting an AV8pu and want to know if a '40 front axle would keep tires under fenders.

    to wide in my opinion..

also holes for spring, might require having to have main leaf made. 40's had spring in front of axle. so if you use spring perches from earlier axles, which main leaf would you use.

    don't say long shackles..

Could I use the '40 spindles & brakes with a dropped "A" axle and spring?
