Dinise Sheldon's Olds and HAMB in new Rod & Custom

Just got my latest copy of Rod & Custom and Denise Sheldon's Olds is in it.as is a few words about HAMB..pretty cool ,congrat Denise..very nice layout in march 2006 R&C

That's great. I had a blast sittin my ass on the metal "boot" years ago @ bttf, it was still in primer then and looks good either way. Thanx for that cruise Denise!!

Congrats Denise! And I dont think we could find a more deserving person, to have this happen to.Her and big olds, have been everywhere,I looked, in the sport this year, the HAMB is very well represented. Again a big congrats!

 

I'm so excited! I didn't expect the mag out for another week or so. Thanks for all the kudos on Big Olds. The Ego-Rama sure was a fun experience and I strongly encourage anyone that has an interest to send in their "app" for possible contendership. Well it's off to the bookstores to try to locate an issue!

Sometimes good things happen to GOOD people. -- This is one of those times. Kudos and good wishes to Denise and her Big Olds.

Next year I even hope to try one of her cookies (but I know I'm not worthy).

Seriously, Denise, you're an example of what makes our (hobby? sport? obsession?) great.

I haven't heard either and my magazine takes longer to get here than you guys. I followed Denises trip across country with much interest, her daily postings were excellent.SO WHO WON? The magazine is obviously out, so this can't be a state secret any more.

 

"Rockstar" does not do Denise justice. I am looking forward to the mailman being done with my copy of the magazine........

 

You need to correct your spelling in your title.

It's D-E-N-I-S-E, not "Dinise".

It's also shothand for C-O-O-K-I-E-S, or
O-R-G-A-N-I-Z-E-R, or H-A-M-B--C-A-L-E-N-D-A-R--S-H-I-P-P-E-R.

Yeah the "Dinise" thing was throwing me off. I knew she has her fans but someone copying her that close should get a EPO against them.

But then I started wondering, was it really Denise?

Because if I was that wrong about the Denise, Dinise thing, then maybe her name has really been Dinephew this whole time?

Then my brain hit the wall in turn four and they had to stop the race. I mean I went to bed.

Oh yeah, congrats on the article. Too bad nobody reads that mag.

It's very cool that someone as giving as Denise should get some recognition for staying true to her heart. You rock, Denise! Hopefully I'll get to tell you that in person some day, maybe at the HAMB Drags.
