That is a pict of the car when I bought it. But I wish I had one. My lift is a floor jack and 4 jack stands.

That is the fun part anyway.

I agree. As soon as I get something new, I'm sick of it and I look for something else. Stupid money would get me to part with any of my **** at any moment.

Speaking of which, Hey Plowboy, how much you want for that unfinished "moon rover" thing you're working on? I'm stupid and rich and I drive a Mercedes and I want to have whatever's hip at this very second...

Wrong century? Is you're Shoebox an 1849 model? Was his guess 2062? Sorry, just HAD to give you **** for that. Wrong decade, ***hole would have been a better comeback.

I can't sell it unfinished. I at least have to drive it around the block! That is unless you throw some stupid money at me. Ha Ha Ha

Yeah... I saw that this morning and thought to myself that that was incorrect. I didn't actually say that to the guy, I thought it.
Good thing that I didn't say it....

    Anyhoo... Off to Austin!
    later-

You priced it and offered the car. Now do you honor your offer?

For the whiners *****ing about this guy's Porsche and nationality - what damn difference does it make?

As for offering it here after it has been offered and a price agreed upon somewhere else... well, that's just damn dirty. How would you like it if you made arrangements to buy a barn fresh 193? Ford Whatever and then the guy tells you he feels like he should offer it to his friends in the Early V8 club first?

Sell the man the car like you said you would. Tell him you want first shot at if it ever hits the market again. You might make a friend and/or you might get a deal on your old car when he tires of it.

I don't price anything that I don't want to sell.

I was offered stupid, stupid, very stupid money for Big Olds two months ago. I told the guy "you show up with a briefcase with that cash he's yours" The guys a local millionaire (He was checked out by a friend, everythings legit) who has 41 cars in his stable and took a liking to Big Olds this summer. I talked it over with Roadstar and Earl Scheib and they are both are on board with this saying Big Olds can be easily duplicated. Yes, I'd be very upset to see him go, and probley cry alot like girls do, but were talking such stupid money that I can not only build another fat fendered convert, but I can add 20 x 20 feet to my garage, remodel my kitchen AND have money left over. Everything tangible I have has a price and the guy found mine when it comes to Big Olds. He says he's waiting for the top and interior to be installed. He likes my ideas for both and wants me to finsih it. I guess time will tell.

Its funny that you wrote '*******' and then when someone said something about it you went back and edited it.

Thats ****ed up dude - not the edit, what you originally wrote. Why don't you keep that **** to yourself.

If you posted on this thread and it had nothing to do about cars, you should think about why you posted in the first place.

    Thank-you!

And please do not sell car, you'll regret it. as poor as i am, I can't sell my car. My grandpa left it for me. I just took for a long drive today. It is my sanctuary, my calmness! W/ o this cruiser I'd go crazy, thinking about my $$ problems!

    Hey Ryan,

Are saying that im regard to my response to Dirty2's post ?

If so - I wrote that because it was innappropiate and unnecessary, he changed it which is cool, but it shouldn't of been there in the first place.

I know you are not saying this, but it sounds like - if you put a rascist comment up its ok all long as it is about cars. This is kinda like the thread about the hot rod girls, you closed that because:

"I have ZERO respect for anyone that would cross words with a woman"

But a rascist comment is ok ? I don't think that is what you are saying, but im a bit confused about your post ?

I know why i posted on this thread and i know it wasn't about cars, but neither is calling someone a '*******'.

Im sure this dude didn't think about it, he PM'd me and thats cool.
