Hello Everyone, I bought a chassis someone had assembled for my 30 A and it has these brake calipers on the back. They are new and have the ebrake built in. I have never seen calipers with counterweights like these. They are mounted on an 82-87 F body 10 bolt rear 7.5" posi. Can anyone tell me what company made them? The pads only make contact with the outer 1/3 of the 11" rotor. Looks ineffective to me. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

might be original equipment for a slightly newer F body?

  4. I think that might be a Cadillac rear caliper that was commonly used but there maybe many gm calipers with the e brake that are similar. That was real common on rear brake kits to have the spring loaded e brake.
