Technical Discs on 3100

On my 49 3100 I have a mustang 2 front clip & ford 9" rear drilled to Chevy pattern. A brake booster kit under cab. I need to get some wheel bolts what size/ length do i need? I have discs at the rear aswell, do need a brake bias to stop the rear wheels locking up? Thanks
