Do 89 ford ranger disk adapt to any other spindle?

I bought a 89 Ranger the other day that has a 350 SBC and 350 tranny. I'm gonna pull the engine and tranny for my Model A. I found a 74 Comet 8" rear for it at an old salvage yard. I am gonna trade the Ranger for the Rearend and a couple othe parts if i can find something else i can use there at the salvage yard. I am wondering if the front disk brakes can be adapted to the Model A spindles or any popular hot rod spindles ?
