After talking with Paul, I now know that he is the guy that did the louvers on his hood for him. Roy said it would take 2 weeks and it took 2 weeks, so who knows what this guy wants from him. CornCobCoupe-I won't exactly be an accessory to a crime for forwarding a PUBLIC listing to the guy. And I am sure that someone who's been around as long as Roy has would want to square things away. He has a good rep.
Roy is one of the best people I know,and everything will get sguared away.He is hard to get in touch with,he's always driving cross country,halling cars,and parts for people,mostly for Dave Samard,so I don't want anyone talking shit about the guy,or starting anything.
Relax Guy's, I have sold some stuff to Roy over the years and he has always been a man of his word and had never failed to pay for what he bought, even if he said it would be in the mail the next week it was. He had bought something form me a long time ago and said the balance of what he owed me would be in the mail the next week. I called a month later (because I didn't get it ) to see if everything was alright. I had found out he had fallen through the roof on his garage and messed himself pretty good,...... I told him "don't worry about the ballance until your back on your feet with the bills" ( during this time I sent him a 32 3/W dash on credit I trusted him so much ) I would check back in with him a couple times a year to see where we were on it and never pressured him,..... The last several times I have called him over the last several months,... I never got a reply. All I want to do is put this deal to bed, I don't want to trash Roy's good name ( He's a great guy that would give you the shirt off his back ) BUT it has been a long time. Sorry if anybody got the wrong impression.
