Cost LOL I used to carry a spare control mod for my Mallory Unilite and never needed one. But someone did need one that was stranded on the side of the road once, half an hour later he was on the road and I had no spare. Cost may be part of the problem on a spare control mod. When I was in Mexico everyone under me that ran electronic carried a spare control mod for whatever they were driving and knew how to change one out.
