I've searched 6 ways to Sunday and came up empty. Google, duck duck, image searches, all I got was gym equipment, radio ****, a phone book of worthless info. The company is Vulcan, a division of Casco. The point set number is PM 540. They're a dual point set. The measure is about 1 ¹/¹⁶" from pivot to adjuster hole. Miracles have happened here so here's some pics and the boxes they're in. I never heard of this company so I'm hopeful our brethren who hail from the northeast are hip to these. Thanks in advance, as always.
Chrysler Corp used their own and Autolite distributors mid 50s to early 60s, but I've yet to find a set that are dual like these are. In fact several AL points are nearly identical. I only have about 300, 350 sets to go thru in AL, Capac, Ford and others. NORS but these are a stumper so far, no crossover number in the catalogs.
Nice to see that computers and web searches, do not always know everything , regardless of the accuracy of the inquiry! But it's cool to see, that the reference books and cross references and interchange information, still resides on vintage printed paper in books!
I guess you could buy this and look it up.... https://www.ebay.com/itm/1345028111.../jjphipIo8jaXB/oAA0JMgwQ==|tkp:Bk9SR8yUorrsYQ
I bought catalogs, that pm 540 shows up nowhere. I too have multiple cross refs, all but that one. Nothing has Vulcan or Casco numbers. Autolite, OEM, Capac/Wells, and what I think is a reference standard. Was hoping for someone who's heard of Vulcan parts.
They sure look like a lot of sets I used to put in those Mopar point distributors. One would have to measure the distance from the pivot point to the screw location to match them up. The Mopar points had a stud the pivot point slid over, then had a tapped hole in the advance plate the mounting screw p***ed through the slotted hole in the points set and into. Then there was another hole in the advance plate at the end where the notch is, you put a screwdriver into that hole and caught the notch to adjust cranking dwell. The distance between the slotted hole and the pivot are critical for the points to work.

Contact Brian Keith at Foundry Street Cl***ic Parts, formerly N.B. Pease Antique Auto Parts. Brian is the new owner. He is only there on Fridays and Saturdays. Nelson Pease stops in frequently. Nelson is the one person that I know who could pour out a jar of NOS various points and always matched them up correctly. Nelson could identify those points for you as he has parts catalogues for many items going back about 100 years.
This isn't what you want to see but so far going over a couple cross references the PM-540 isn't showing up. I have more books to check but so far nothing.
Later today I'll return to sorting and ID. Looking fwd to hearing from @Moriarity but I got plenty to do til then.
