so I was searchin' for something about security token errors...and even though it's been a few days since you started this one up...here goes..

I finished my post up went to 'manage attachments' added all my photos to the list..hit upload...sat and waited for 5 minutes...(it's usually really fast, I thought there was a prob. when it got slow) Then it popped up and told me I was missing a security token...wtf? so I tried again...another 5min...same thing...wtf? 3 more times and I finally sent something to "The Administrator" then went searchin'...

Exactly the same thing happens to me. I can't upload attachments because i get an error message (after a long wait) that says something like "can't get security certificate".

this is the answer i got when i asked about it "Sorry, that's a bug. It means the images you were trying to upload were too large in file size.

    Yes.

I'm trying to upload pictures in the "Parts forsale" area. And the pictures are not high resolution. Just iPhone transferred to the computer pix.

It's working now with only uploading on picture at a time & I'm pretty sure that the upload is not on my end......since we have 'Google Fiber'.

Sorry for the h***le... That's actually a very annoying bug. Essentially, it means the images you were trying to upload were too large in file size. So, here are a couple of things you can try:

    1. Try making your images smaller in file size. Often your digital camera will come with software that will do this for you.

    2. If you were uploading more than one image at a time when you got the error, try uploading just one at a time. Often times, this works just fine.

Thanks and again, sorry for the h***le...

And just a test to make sure everything is working ok...

The image size is exactly the problem. If I downsize then the issue goes away.

  15. I reduce the image size and still have the same problem.
No clue on what to do now.

Your pictures are probably still to large.

    Try 800 x 600 in size.
