Well since our buddy's mom passed from C-dif I think only a nitwit would encourage another buddy to call his car that. Dude, what the hell are you thinking????

  4. Ok enough with this thread....the name will be the Curly Shuffle out of respect for your buddy and the passing of his mom....I think I only met the guy once.

Keep your eyes open for posts on the Curly Shuffle.

As ol' Henry said, "You can't build a reputation on what you're going to do." Get crackin' man! It would be really informative for a newbie like myself to see what you use for resources, ideas, methods, etc. in your build. Looking forward to it.

  7. I cut pieces and trimmed them to fit and tacked them. Then I mocked up the pieces in the driveway. I'll save this welding for another day, when I get a opening on the welding table for a few hours. Right now everything is c-clamped together.

  9. Been tinkering a bit....It takes a while to get everything square when you are working on a floor that was not poured to be flat but rather sloped. Not impossible....just take your time and measure EVERYTHING! My last Garage/shed was flat.....poured and finished it myself just for these reasons.

  10. I really like the Lennox holesaws but hated the Lennox arbor......my solution was a Rigid brand arbor (Home Depot) and Lennox saws (Lowe's). I didn't care for the Rigid saws...... I'm going more for a racy look so I will not be finish the holes with tubing (But this could change at any minute)

  11. I went with a triangulted 4 bar in the rear. This is an ART MORRISON setup and the craftmanship is great....they even give you a nice blueprint of how it supposed to be setup. Since this is all getting jammed into a Model A bed I tossed the print to the side and went through days of putting numbers into a suspenion geometery calculator until I got my desired anti-squat and roll center. I tack welded it all into place and checked all the measurements and just for shits and giggles compared it to the Art Morrison print....damn they were close!
