Heat and defrosters are almost mandatory for early spring and late fall here in Minnesota. It‘s also handy to have when you get caught in the rain. The stock system was marginal in the ‘58 so I upgraded to a 48,000 BTU dual fan unit when I built the truck. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have…
