Does a rebuilt title stop you from buying a car?

I have been rebuilding and driving"wrecks" for many years It's like anything else ,if it is repaired properly,it is no big deal.I rebuilt my daily 11 years ago,and have been driving it ever since. No they don't sell for top dollar,but I usually drive them for a while before I sell them. In answer to the original question,No I would not let a rebuilt title stop me from buying a vehicle.

 

Not even NOT having a title does't stop me from buying something I want.
