does anybody know this paso shoebox?

this guy from pennsylvania is claiming it on a harley forum, but it's got ca. plates. maybe it's his, but i think he's ********tin. thanks if anyone posts. vz

Maybe? I think its been on ebay once or twice in the past month.

 

I know I've seen a bunch of pics of the car, mostly on the west coast.

 

pretty sure it's a Cali car...maybe the dude in Penn. is another one of those internet rodders that claim to own other people's rides. Seems to be an outbreak of a lot of those lately on the various message boards.

 

thanks, I'm just not buyin it that this guy drove it, ha! put the puppy in a trailer from pennsylvania to paso, then threw on cali plates to... what, not attract attention. or maybe it was on ebay an he picked it up in paso, then he's not pouching, he's just a guy with cash

Very nice! The chop really works quite well. Im usually not big on white cars, but that one works well in white.

That shoebox was built by Tom Cutino on the west coast. I'd guess it's been around about 10 years now, so who knows how many owners it's gone through.

Do a google on "Tom Cutino Shoebox" if you want to see detailed info on the car (it's for sale).

 

I am the owner of this 50.i got her from a guy name val in cali.he purchased her from the builder/owner tom cutino.tom owned this car for 30 years.i won't change a thing on her. Look for her on the east coast i live in md...who ever the guy is in p.a that said the car was his is full of ****.....poppa

 

That picture brings back some " sob " memories. RIP Paso.........
