Does anybody know where this car is?

Im dying to know if somebody ended up finishing this car.It looks just plain evil!

 

I don't know........ but your right its killer!

Truth be known if the car changed hands a time or two it probably also changed it's appearance more than a bit an may even be on here as a finished car but not recognizable as that car as it sat.
