Does anyone else collect Parts Skeletons?

Yeah, I find that stuff at work (falls out of scrap cars), and because I am a pack rat I pick it up.

Got an interesting piece around the garage somewhere.

I'll try to get a pic later today.

very cool. I don't collect "skeletons", but the shop I work at always has cool stuff coming out of the laser...haha, somtimes the drops from the parts do work out perfect for a project

 

i don't collect them , but i see them all the time at the steel scrap yard i go to . it's amazing what gets thrown out , most of them you could use them for all sorts of brackets. i actually bought a few at scrap price and got some 4" strips out of them for boxing plates

 

That Crestline is the nicest one Ive ever seen! Making springplates too I see.....

 

I have a stripped cluster gear that makes a neat perch for my MLB baseball on the desk.

 

damn i want those. hahaha not that i need another set but you know some you just gotta have al you can get and cal parts should only be "paired" with other cal parts. disgracing them otherwise. oh and i heard theres at least 1 other set of calparts wheels in hickory that neither of us own??????????? know anything about that...ken....
