Hot Rods Does Anyone Know What Issue or the Builder

Does anyone know the issue of Rod & Custom or the builder of this 1937 Chevy? We are building a 38 and like the way the wheels sit and are trying to zero in on the specs.

i like the way the tires are tucked in. definitely later than '70s!

Just a comment , pro photographers are able to catch the optimum view/ angle /setting with their photographs , achieving or reproducing an exact look may be damn near impossible when working from just a few pictures as a frame of reference .

I just remember that is a good looking car and the whole build is as clean and simple as what you see in those photos.
