Does anyone know where to get BBF FINNED valve covers????

...I have looked everywhere and cant find any.....need some for the Caddy motor (I'll get adapters) but need to find someone that makes them for a Ford 460?....anyone know of a source?

 

Did you try Mooneyes? They seem to have them for everything. You can even get breathers added.

 

Tried them already....no luck....have found some finned Cobra covers, but hell they are $500, I can get finned BBCaddy covers but they are $550....trying to get some covers to make work and not have to spend over a $300

 

Probably not going to happen for $300. There are two possibilities for the 460....one, the original '71 429 CJ covers. Unless you get really lucky, they are fairly big $$$ to buy. Not that many out there.

Second, Blue Thunder makes a "repop" (it's not exact) of that same cover. Barry at Survival is a good guy & worth giving business to, if you go this route. Then you'd have to buy the adaptors, on top of the $220 covers. I'd guess they're fairly pricey?....

I have a pair of Mickey Thompson finned valve covers for 429-460 BBF. They just happen to be for sale also....PM me
