Kinda has a "Rollin Bones" vibe to it! (upstate New York?)

I am from upstate NY but I am told this chassis was built by a guy in Ohio and that he moved to Texas. So I was hoping to find out any info on this one. I am going to be getting it soon. I will be putting my Model A Pick up body on it.

It sure doesn't show much planning sense. The rear crossmember wasn't thought out too much as the rear spring is too wide for the earlier rear end and so the "builder" installed extra long side bars to the shackle bolts to drop the chassis which made it necessary to install a freakin' Panhard rod on a torque tube rearend? A 42-48 Ford this ain't, but I have a feeling the rear spring belongs on one.
Looks like a 42-47 front axle with straight split wishbones.

Well I am supposed to be trading my Model A chassis for it.
