    Possible Studebaker (38? mebbe?).
    They only used them one year on Presidents and Coupe Express trucks.

    '38 Studebaker. Used on Presidents and some Commanders. (No Coupe Expresses).

    Just glad to see a question here that I can answer. Haha!

    On Commanders, the "cathedral" headlights came on the State models, such as the one pictured. Standard on Presidents. Some people (Like Dick Quinn) have put them on Coupe Expresses before and it does look good.
