Hot Rods Does anyone recognize this Model A?

I found this picture posted online and love the stance. I was hoping someone here knows the owner or the owner is a HAMBer. I would love to see more pics and find out what size the wheels and tires are. Thanks for reading.

 

They look like 550's and 700's -16" Firestones. I'm hesitate to say for sure that that wheel is available in 16" though?

 

I've looked into the Radir tri-rib wheels. As far as I can tell they only make them in 15" now.
