History does donner pass ever give up the dead?

The Salt River Canyon in Arizona is quite a drop, a few cars have gone over and people speculate suicide but they drag the cars out to a restraunt at the bottom so's you can see whats left. Interestin collection of metal, not too much left to salvage the odd piece of chrome or taillight lens. Fact is, about all you can tell is what color it was.

 

Dammit!

I had to watch a video at work of a 18 wheeler that went over the edge along donner pass, after seeing it i would be a lil worried about driving it, its not my driving i worry about, its the other peoples driving

 

They do find them once in a while.

Im only a short drive away. The pass is pretty eeree. Especially at night when its windy. My husband is a firefighter and hes told me some stories about the wrecks that happen on the pass. A few to many.
