Technical Does the 50 Chevy backup lens fit the 50 Pontiac taillight?

I'm trying to figure out a new tail light combo for the A coupe. I'd like to go with the traditional 1950 Pontiac tailaights, but I will need backup lights, too. Does anyone know if the 1950-52 Chevy backup lens (Item # 5938297) will fit the '50 Pontiac tail light housing? It looks like they'd go well together. And, no one seems to
offer a Chevy backup light housing. Alternatively, does any one make a clear lens for the "50 Pontiac housing? I've had no luck with Mr. Google. Thanks.

 

Think the clear lens is smaller. Google the 69 - 72 chevy step side backup light. It may be too big for your car. Who knows

 

OK. How about a measurement for the base diameter of the 50Pontiac lens?

The 50 chevy BU lens is 2-5/8 inch across at the base. The inside of the bezel is 2-9/16"
